KidKeep is a childcare operations platform for authorized childcare programs. This policy explains how KidKeep collects, uses, protects, retains, and deletes information when a program uses the service.
Depending on program configuration, KidKeep may process account information, program and staff information, child roster information, authorized pickup information, attendance/check-in and check-out records, incident records, messages, photos, device and diagnostic information, and billing information handled by our payment processor.
We use information to provide the KidKeep service, authenticate users, operate attendance and safety workflows, communicate with authorized users, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations.
KidKeep is designed for use by childcare programs. Program Owners and authorized staff are responsible for determining what child information is entered and for providing required notices, obtaining permissions or consents, and complying with applicable privacy and childcare laws.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, communications, billing, security, and support, subject to contractual protections.
KidKeep is designed to use authenticated access, organization-level authorization, encryption in transit, and database access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Program Owners control program records subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements. Account holders can request account deletion through the in-app account deletion flow or by contacting support.
For privacy requests, contact privacy@kidkeep.app. We may need to verify the requester and coordinate with the childcare program that controls the underlying records.
